Booking and Cancellation

  • Your $500 deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable.
  • Your remaining balance is charged automatically to the payment method you used, in two equal payments on February 1, 2027 and April 1, 2027 ($1,197.50 each at the early bird price, $1,416.50 each at the regular price).
  • If you cancel 90 days or more before the journey (by March 10, 2027), we'll refund everything you've paid beyond the deposit.
  • If you cancel 60 to 89 days before (by April 9, 2027), we'll refund 50% of what you've paid beyond the deposit.
  • If you cancel fewer than 60 days before, payments aren't refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another guest.
  • If Prema Journeys has to cancel the journey, you'll receive a full refund, including your deposit.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Airfare and travel to Noto aren't included.
